We are happy to offer free returns for unopened orders within 100 days of delivery. Please follow the simple return request process through our website to get a prepaid return label, or a QR code that you can bring to USPS or the Post Office for shipping: https://www.qualialife.com/returns

You will need your order number (found in your confirmation email or Order History in your Qualia account) and your shipping zip code to retrieve the label.

Please disregard the "value" pricing displayed on the returns portal. The portal is designed solely as a tool for customers to generate a prepaid return label to send their product back via the post office. Once we receive your return, a refund will be issued for the exact amount you paid at the time off purchase.

Kindly ensure you select the correct quantity of products being returned to proceed with the process. Refunds will only be issued for returns that are sent back with an approved RMA with the correct quantity selected for each returned product.

Refunds can be expected on the original method of payment within 24 business hours of your return being shipped back to our fulfillment center using the provided return label. It may take your financial institution 2-3 additional business days to make the funds available to you.

Qualia Senolytic is intended to be a great complement to other Qualia products, especially the first product we created in our longevity line, Qualia Mitochondria+. To get the most out of Qualia Mitochondria+ we recommend that you take Qualia Mitochondria+ throughout the month.

Behaviors and strategies that support immune system performance would be expected to also complement senolytics.* We recommend focusing on: (1) Consistently getting enough quality sleep—sleep is a major determinant of how well the immune system performs; (2) Regularly exercising in ways that create fitness—being sedentary and excessive exercise can both weaken immune performance (think Goldilocks principle when it comes to exercise); (3) Managing stress—higher stress is hard on the immune system; and (4) Practicing some type of fasting behavior for several days every three months or so—Valter Longo’s (interviewed on Collective Insight Podcast) fasting-mimicking diet is an example of one of these approaches; it helps rejuvenate immune cells*. Yes, some people might experience a sense of tingling, or heat or redness in the skin, or a sense of flushing when taking Qualia NAD+. 

Qualia NAD+ contains 3 different NAD+ precursors: (1) nicotinamide riboside, (2) niacinamide, and (3) niacin (nicotinic acid). The first two, nicotinamide riboside and niacinamide, are typically described as being non-flushing. The niacin (nicotinic acid) form of vitamin B3 can cause flushing; however, this usually only occurs when it is supplemented in amounts of 30 mg or more. In studies, it has been very rare to experience a niacin flush with 30 mg of nicotinic acid, but about half of people experience flushing when taking 500 mg of nicotinic acid. We formulated Qualia NAD+ to have less than 30 mg of the nicotinic acid form to reduce the chances of flushing—a 2 capsule serving of Qualia NAD+ only contains 20 mg of the flushing type of vitamin B3. Because of this, we expect flushing to be a rare experience when taking Qualia NAD+. But individual differences (i.e., genetics, gut microbiome, etc.) may make some people more prone to experiencing a niacin flush when supplementing even low amounts of nicotinic acid (and possibly even the non-flushing forms of niacin). Niacin flushing can be felt anywhere along a continuum of being a mild tingling sensation to feeling very uncomfortable—it can be experienced as feeling a lot like an allergic reaction. While it can be uncomfortable, a niacin flush is considered to be harmless and temporary, usually taking less than 1-2 hours to go away on its own. A general rule of thumb is that flushing is most intense after the first time someone takes a supplement containing nicotinic acid, and typically diminishes over days or weeks with continued use. However, flushing from low amounts of nicotinic acid can also occur sporadically and unpredictably. In other words, it's possible to take a supplement many times and never flush, and then one day experience flushing unexpectedly.*

If you experience a niacin flush after taking Qualia NAD+, and wish to continue taking it while decreasing the chance of flushing, our recommendation is to take 1 capsule rather than 2, and to retry the 2 capsule amount after several days to a week. If you continue to experience significant niacin flushing, Qualia NAD+ may not be a good fit for your unique biochemistry, and you may want to discontinue it and request your money back.
