After completing my 2nd week of using Qualia my experience has been a mixed bag mostly due to the expectations I placed on the product. I restarted the Keto (Modified Atkins) with my first dosage. I've also been using KetoOS. The first three days were underwhelming. I noted no major changes and didn't "feel" clearer. At max I get about 5-6 hours of sleep, usually 3-4 and expected the product to make up for my poor sleep habits. After getting the recommended hours of sleep I felt slightly better than I normally do. However, I'm not sure if it's the diet, the product or getting more sleep. Ive tried different dosage levels of each phase. Furthermore, if the product deserves credit I'm not entirely convinced it's not placebo. At this point I'm happy with knowing that I'm getting some of the nutrients that are cumbersome to incorporate using food at a fraction of the cost of purchasing each supplement indivdually. Bottom line use this product as instructed. Don't expect a miracle. Do cost benefits analysis and you'll probably see a measurable increase in mental clarity and bandwidth

Alert!
I do have a hard time swallowing all the pills but glad it’s only one time in morning. Otherwise I can tell the difference and am excited to see the long term goal.

Pretty, pretty, pretty good
Good product, all around
I gave it 4 stars bc the initial start was a little unpleasant: headache, stomach discomfort. Then I realized I needed to drink more water AND more coffee! Mentally, it lifts the proverbial fog and keeps one on point with a veritable calm throughout the day.
Subtle but it works
I'll be honest, I was a little disappointed that it didn't have the WOW factor that Ben Greenfield described in his review. But after a few days of use I did feel..."smoother"? More even-keeled. Things did bother me a much and I found it easier to shrug off negative emotions.

Seems to be working
The very first pill I took I did notice a cognitive shift and boost in mood. I'm only a few weeks in and am noticing/tracking the overall changes I notice. I also take some other supplements from Onnit.com and Bulletproof.com, and I may have to stop those for a time to see what supplement is actually working for me!
Solid, data-driven formula
Qualia gives you a number of battle-proven, high-quality nootropics and doesn’t skimp on dosages. My only complaint is the high price, but its wide range of ingredients and generous dosages makes the high price point easier to swallow.

Seems to be a legit product. Helps me stay focused and sharp. Price per month is too high. Will continue taking it, but sooner or later, I'm probably going to stop dolling out over $100 month. Wouldn't be the least surprised that within a few months after I would stop ordering, someone would call or email with a lower price.
Quality Creatine advanced creatine complex
Your product tastes good especially since Creatine is usually not that tasty. As far as performance I’m not convinced. By the way I reached out to you guys on the 17th and called again today. As of this date I would like to cancel the Qualia but keep the the bottle of Qualia magnesium going. Please text me back at [email protected]

I have been using NAD+ for four months and am not seeing the touted results. However, will continue for another few months and see if it takes more time.

Headache
The packaging is absolutely spectacular - very expensive looking for an expensive product. Unfortunately, for me, I got headaches taking this supplement. Thus, it was hard to tell if I noticed other improvements.
Price & subscription
I don't know if the product can work. I can't afford to take it more than the 2 mo supply in my first order. So I went to the website to cancel my subscription but there is NO option to cancel, only to change the date. Frustrating. Just make one of the options "CANCEL". Then I would chose 4 stars.
Fast Service
I didn't expect such fast delivery. I ordered the Creatine + complex and have only just tried it. I wasn't expecting it to be so powdery, but am grateful that it dissolved quickly and doesn't really seem to have any noticeable flavor in my ice coffee. I probably should've tried it in water first, but this is the beverage that I had on hand when it was delivered:).... Very good!
Too much Magnesium
I like the product, but too much Magnesium. I only take Magnesium at night because it makes me tired. I take creatine for energy, but this formula makes me tired.
Just arrived
My product just arrived and I'm looking forward to using it, although it may take some time to feel the effects. NAD helps with increased energy levels, anti-aging effects and improved metabolic health.

Travel Packets
The product is good but it would be better on single serve travel packets for our family.

Since there is a money back guarantee I decided to try it out.. It didn't upset my stomach or anything, but I didn't notice a positive difference at all, so I'll go back to taking each type of magnesium separately like I was before..

Questionable
I’ve been taking NAD+ for close to a year now. I can’t really tell a difference. I feel healthy, but I also workout 5 days a week. I keep taking it, but I do like the Tru Niagen kind better because I can get a higher dose and it’s 40% off on Black Friday. I usually stock up for the year during that time. That what I did last Black Friday and I’ll be doing that again this year. I was told by a place that gives NAD IV’s that you can tell a difference when you get the IV’s, but that you really can’t from taking the pills, they’re for maintenance. Either way, I’ll keep taking them and I plan on trying the IV’s at some point. I’m a female who will be 45 in less than a month. I’ve been an athlete my whole life. I’m a pescatarian and take very good care of my health. Save some money and get these way cheaper from Tru Niagen on Black Friday if you plan on taking them.
