I cycled off over the weekend and the effects on Monday morning were noticeable; the caffeine definitely takes effect. Tuesday morning, it was more subtle, but definitely has served as a good morning pick-me-up. Still uncertain about if I'm noticing any daylong effects in focus other than the initial boost in energy.

I’ve tried servings of two, three, and four capsules with or without food over several days. I feel that there is definitely an increase in focus and attention, but I have experienced headaches, tight neck, tight jar, and general tension through my head and neck.I also feel more anxious and even a little shaky, especially at the higher dose. I stopped taking it for two days as recommended, and most of the tension and anxiety lessened during that time and then returned when I resumed taking the product. I may try it again at the lower dose after a few days break to see if I am able to find it does that works well for me.
Focus, but with some anxiety and headaches
It made me nauseous. I did feel slightly more focused in the morning after the nausea went away, but 5 pills sitting in an empty stomach didn’t work for me and I don’t eat breakfast so I didn’t have another option to try.
I really wanted to like it
Honestly, I feel it's a bit too soon in the study term to provide a strong opinion one way or the other. I have not had any negative effects, but not sure there have been anything specifically positive either (yet :) ). This is the reasoning for my "middle of the road" rating, so far.

What does this product really do for me?
I didn't notice any affects other than maybe clearer and brighter skin but that could also be my skin care routine.

I'm impressed with the ingredients but didn't experience any noticeable effects. Not sure 5 days was enough to notice anything.
Headaches
Stopped taking after about 1 week—tried different dosages, tried taking it with food & without. But I always acquired a headache every time I took the product. So I never experienced any major benefits from it. Headaches would usually last all day.

The good news is that I was able to grasp thoughts more completely; for instance, knowing how many yards were needed for a first down during a football game when in the past I would have to wait for the announcer to tell me. Also, I noticed that an age spot on my check seems to have diminished/faded somewhat; and a lump on my shoulder which has been there for years seemed to shrink slightly. My back seems to ache more and my balance is a bit off. I also noticed extreme tiredness and lack of drive to complete tasks/chores. I do take Qualia Mind so the mental clarity may have been enhanced with Eternus.
Excellent ingredients
These ingredients are very high quality and I love that there’s no fillers. I did experience a headache 2 of the 5 days while taking the product which I rarely experience and can not think of anything else that would have precipitated this however there obviously could have been another reason this occurred. I also typically fast during the morning which is when they recommended taking the product. I took it when I broke fast as the one day I took it fasted I experienced some nausea.
Could not tolerate dosage
I could not continue taking the required daily dosage. I tried to for 3 days yet each day experienced headache and slight anxiety.
My five day test
I did not feel any difference at all.
5 day Eternus buzz enhanced sleep
The quality of my sleep seems to have improved somewhat - I was naturally waking up earlier. I also did experience a very mild headache in the first four mornings after i started my five day trial which seemed to dissipate and disappear by day 5. I rarely get headaches and this one was gone once I got moving so no problem there. Also the first 4 days I experienced a mild, energetic sensation that I can only describe as a BUZZ without sound. It was pleasant - not a problem.
Wish I didn't get headaches.
Day 1-2, excellent, 5 star. Energy and focus, even though I drank (not in excess) and stayed up too late- so that's an excellent start. Day 3, slight headache, couldn't figure out why (I am not prone to headaches) Day 4, dull to moderate headache all day, worse at night. Remembered that I had the same symptoms in October, when I started taking Qualia Mind Essentials. I think I have an allergy or obviously a reaction to something in the products. No clue what. I am on quite a lot of supplements and have no idea if something I already take interacts with this as well? I wish I didn't get the headaches since at first I had great results, but then they're negated when you have an annoying headache all day.

We haven’t really noticed anything and have purchased and tried the entire system.
Tastes and smells like fish - difficult to swallow entire dose every morning
I take a lot of pills. I can usually take up to 4 pills of this size at once, but the taste and smell of these are so bad that I had to stop taking them entirely because I find it difficult to swallow even one at a time. That said, this formula may work better for others than it did for me, and that might make it worth it for other people. For me, the taste and cost just aren't worth it. Qualia's customer service is great, however; I asked for a refund and got it with no questions asked. I'm still taking Qualia Sleep, and I recently had to change the shipping address after placing a new order, and customer service made it happen for me. The 3 star rating reflects only my experience with the product, not with the company.

I have been feeling a bit more alert using Qualia Mind, but it's just too expensive for me.

Don’t notice anything
I have been taking this for awhile because I am a senior with increasing “moments”. I haven’t noticed any positive or negative changes. Only way to know if this works is a double blind study
Works Well BUT
Works well I feel more alert and less mental fatigue. BUT the product gives me a headache, I don’t know if it’s because of underline problem or if I’m sensitive to an ingredient. However I probably won’t be able to keep using it which is disappointing
