The ingredients in this product are amazing. I feel like I’m getting a comprehensive well product for the gut too. It seems like I’m really accomplishing something when I take this. My mind seems sharper and I’ve noticed more energy.

Excellent product, more noticeable than other probiotics that I have used.
Mixed well with other powders(protein), taste was not unpleasant, overall helped with digestion, bloating, gas, bowel-movements. I feel it contributed to better overall sleep because of the above. Better sleep leads to better overall mood, alertness.

New pre-biotic drink
My only complaint is that it doesn't mix well and that even when you use a mixer multiple times it sticks to the bottom of the glass and is gooey.
