New pre-biotic drink
My only complaint is that it doesn't mix well and that even when you use a mixer multiple times it sticks to the bottom of the glass and is gooey.

Good
It seemed to move things along faster. Was gassy at first but after 2 weeks I seemed to be regulated.

Great gut reset
I enjoy that the fiber really fills me up. There was a little digestive upset to start but disappeared with the first few days.

Great product to get you back on track
Symbiotic is great for quickly getting you back to a regular movements. It quickly empties all that has been left behind and will set you on a steady pace to get your body in a regular cycle. I always enjoy the quality, packaging, and scientific research in Neuorhacker's products.
