Have been taking Qualia Night for over a month and definitely notice a difference. Sleep is better and even if i don't sleep well - i don't really feel that tired the next day. I have also tried the Synbiotic and its definitely made a difference to my gut and general digestion.
Liked the taste of the powder .
The overall product is good, the only issue is the taste can be a bit bitter on its own but a splash of juice or adding it to a smoothie easily fixes that.

I have noticed for sure it’s my stools being more consistent (in the best way possible!) The ingredientes are amazing!!!
Working well
I was a bit worried to use since I have IBS and wasn't sure if the fiber would cause problems. The first two weeks were a little rough, it gave me diarrhea! Determined to give it a month, that cleared up and actually helped with my bowel movements! Hurray!
