Calmer Sleep
A great product! I've struggled with sleep for YEARS. What I loved about Qualia Sleep is that when I would awake through the night I could go right back to sleep.

Great Product So Far
This has been great for winding down before bed. Overall my sleep has been great. Did see an increase in crazy dreams, but hoping that just means more REM.

Qualia Night
This product seems to work well. It definitely helps with going back to sleep when I wake up.

I love these products, I sleep so good at night now, don't even get up once! and the magnesium makes me feel really good.
