Looooong sleep!
I experienced a restful night with vivid dreams. The only side-effect I experienced was a slight headache from sleeping too long!

Restful sleep
I was excited to try Qualia products and when I got my first set, I tried the Night capsules that first evening. I tried 2 capsules (can take up to 4) and felt like I got a great night's sleep and was rested and ready the following morning. I decided to wait until the 1st of the new month to star...

A Restful Night
I have always been able to fall sleep pretty fast, my main issue has been staying sleep all through the night. Using Qualia Night has helped me stay sleep through the night, and if I wake up for any reason, I am able to go right back to sleep. I am grateful for this product.

I need a supply of this!
I used this product while packing and moving. Long days of packing, high stress, and very little sleep. I generally have a high level of stress in relation to the kind of life I live anyways. I generally have a hard time winding down at night, sleeping well, and then waking up to feeling rested....
