very relaxing and deep sleep however it did make me sleep more in morning more than usual

Subtle, but Effective
I enjoyed the product. Positive results were not reflected with my Oura ring, but there are contraindicating circumstances.

So far so good
I seem to be sleeping deeper after a week or so taking Qualia night - so far seems promising. I do really wish each bottle contained a full 30 day serving though!
