It works
I don't know how it works, but this product so far is working. I have used one bottle and my sleep is improved. I think there was only one or two nights where I did not sleep soundly. If I do need to wake up, I fall back to sleep. I drift off to sleep quickly and am probably sleeping at least an hour or two more with good sleep. I feel so much more refreshed than I had using melatonin.

It’s only been a few days since I’ve started and will have to update more thoroughly a few months out, but so far I feel clearer minded, increased energy, and generally better overall. So much energy!
Right away I noticed all day energy. Not hyper, buzzy energy like you might get from too much coffee, but smooth, good-feeling energy. Unfortunately for me, it carried over into nighttime and I couldn’t sleep. Not even sleepy. After a week of that, I had to return my order. However, Qualia’s customer service is definitely 5 star. No hassle at all to return.
