Unexpected results
I bought Qualia Mind with low expectations, having tried many nootropics with minimal effect. Some even seemed like placebos. However, knowing the background and the people behind this product, I decided to give it a try. It's truly the best cognitive booster I've found. Better Nights
I have trouble staying asleep as well as entering R.E.M. cycles. After a couple of nights I've seen an uptick in my HRV as well as R.E.M. cycles. Will continue to monitor to see where I'm at after every week. Also, I appreciate the two day off cycling, this makes a lot of sense.

I have tried different Nootropics products for 25 years. I started using Qualia Mind on a Friday. The next day I woke up and thought I should go somewhere fun. I remembered a play that was being performed by some folks who had repeatedly invited me to their shows. I had not remembered their show dates for three years. I finally remembered and went. Then other things started coming to mind. So far this is the best Nootropic product for me.

Easy Process / Excited to Try!
The premise is to take the Senolytic on 2 consecutive days each month, so this isn't a daily supplement. I read more on Qualia's site as well as from Dr. Hyman's site. Ordering was a breeze. Product was delivered the following day. I am going to start with my first dosage tomorrow! So excited!

Results are Real
I just completed my fourth month on this product. Prior to taking them I consulted with my doctor. He said give it a try, especially if it can help you lose visceral fat. No the product did not claim that it did that but when I hear it removed dead cells aka Zombie cells, I had to try it. The first month I felt emotionally better and my sleep went from 5 hours a night to 7. There was no major loss of fat but it took me years to accumulate the fat, I can’t expect it to be gone in 30 days. So I continued with month two and three each month feeling better than the last. Today I saw the doctor and he reviewed my blood work. He was amazed and frankly so was I when we saw a significant loss in cholesterol, liver numbers were all great, and I had lost 2 inches of stubborn flabby stuff off of my midsection. My sleep is now 7-8 hours per night and my overall outlook is more positive than before. I just ordered my next round of this product. I’m sure it’s different for everyone but for me it is AMAZING!
