Effective
I started with 1 pill a day and after few days changed it to 2 pills, now after two weeks I can tell that definitely my cognition has relatively improved and I'm less prone to depressive thoughts. It's not dramatic but it's definitely noticable.

Great. Strong dose
I feel like the company should ask customers what they think privately first, not just a public review. Just a thought. just started and at 2 pills my mind was lit up like a Christmas Tree and I was ready to quit my job. So I went down to just a single pill and it’s terrific. My mind is awake and not too ‘woke’. I’m super sensitive to drugs of any kind. So if you’re like me I’d start low then see how you feel. If I had taken 6 i might have left the planet on a spaceship or been under the covers in a ball. I won’t really know. Happy to hopefully help my brain! JD
Worth it
I’ve noticed a lot of positive changes happening, specifically the lessening of brain fog, sleeping more soundly, and just generally more focused.

Inflammation gone
I was surprised as to how quickly these supplements worked. I noticed a marked decrease in my inflammation after the 2nd day of taking the Qualia Senolytic. My daily bloating is gone and it has not returned. I can put my rings on easily in the morning and my body seems less for lack of a better word fluffy. I cannot wait to see how this regimen will continue to help my aging body.
My knee is feeling great
