Lots of good ingredients
I think it will take several nights to really know how this product works for me. 1st night I took it at bedtime. The very fine print says to take like at dinner. Then in the super fine print it says to take only 5 days on and then 2 days off. Does not have to be consecutive days.
Love a Magnesium Blend
I am new to this product so only gave it 4 stars because I don't have loads of personal experience with it yet but I love the blend of magnesium in this product. Its going into my daily regimen.

I like the product. I have taken it in the past. I order it, and I think it helps, but my budget always goes out of wack when I try to be on subscription. I am going to accept that I cannot afford the subscription price until I find work and have more study income. I do like the product and I think it probably works well over time.

I'm just starting to take Qualia Joint Health. I have high expectations for this supplement as I hope to avoid dangerous drugs.

I have had it only once (first dose). Too early to say its effects. But the ingredients are very good and bioavaible. I trust it. I will be continuing Qualia senolytic.

Creatine Product
So far I like the results of Qualia’s creatine powder. Dissolves easy with a slight taste that was hard to get used to as I had been using a creatine that has a berry flavor. But otherwise happy with this product.
First impressions...
First dose less than an hr ago so jury is out on that front. The ingredient list is almost everything I am looking for. (wanted more Ginko 300mg, Bacopa Monnieri 300-400mg). The price is certainly up there too, and it's not hard to see there too. The packaging, as impressive as it is, will just be going in the trash and I would rather have the savings from something more practical, maybe a simpler box with a nice insert.
