My sleep scores plummeted when taking this supplement. I wake up constantly all night and am exhausted all day. It definitely didn’t work for me. I am so tired I couldn’t finish the bottle!
Noticeable Trend of Longer Sleep Duration and Higher HRV
Based on Oura ring data, the product didn't seem to have a consistent effect on my levels of REM or deep levels, but it did seem to help me stay asleep longer each night and there was a clear trend of much higher heart rate variability than I'm used to seeing. Overall I feel energized and great.
Ineffective
Qualia Night did nothing to help me get tired or sleep better, however it would help me feel more rested the following morning. Used as directed in conjunction with night time blue blockers, no screens 2 hours prior to bed, no caffeine past 3pm, and no meals after 6pm for 9pm bedtime.

Not sure what to make of it. My direct experience and Oura ring sleep data would suggest not much difference
