I think it’s helping with my heartburn but still too soon to tell. Easy scoop and packaging.

Easy i drink. Just wish there were more directions as to when the best time and how to consume.

All I can say is wow this probiotic works!:) it’s amazing!

So far so good.

Still to early to notice any effect?? Could just be rebalancing gut microbiome to a healthier state.
