Hard to know for sure
I like the concept of all the Qualia products, and have tried the Senolytic (2 months) the Night formula (1 month), and just a few days with the Mind (non-caffeine). beaux rêves
Loved it. Felt markedly refreshed in the mornings and was able to fall asleep much faster than normal. If I wasn’t a broke ass musician I’d buy this along with my monthly Qualia!
