Like putting the engines in neutral
This is a very different approach. Rather than feeling drugged or spacey, I just felt more calm. I’ve likened it to letting the gears disengage a bit, putting myself into “neutral.” LOVE IT!!!

Night has multiple magnesium types. This manages it gentler on the bowels and gives a better nights sleep!
