Sleep I Thought I’d Lost, Found Again with Qualia Night
Despite this being very personal, I want to share my experience because it might help someone in a similar situation, or at least someone who is experiencing a similar condition. I am an international Ph.D. student dealing with several health challenges, including endometriosis, stomach ulcers, and multiple food allergies. Stress, inflammation, and constant worry about my health made sleep almost impossible for me for months. When I started using Qualia Night, within the first week I was able to sleep again, and after two weeks I began to experience truly deep, restorative sleep. I started waking up feeling refreshed instead of exhausted. Over time, this better sleep has been essential for managing my health and giving me the energy to continue my research. It’s not just about falling asleep — it’s about feeling like myself again in the morning.

Seems helpful so far!
Just started taking this, and I notice that even taking one capsule (1/4 max recommended dose), I feel calmer in the evening and getting to sleep is easier.

Too early to tell
I can't tell if the product helped my sleep or not. I'd need more than two weeks to know. But it didn't make it worst and didn't cause any harm or undesirable effects. I trust all Neurohacker products, and I expect this one to be a success too. That's why I am an investor.
