Good, not life changing.
It’s a good product. Not life changing for me. Actually had some rough nights of deep sleep during the week as shown on my oura. Not sure why, I usually have no issues with deep sleep. Impressed by Qualia Night
Since taking Qualia Night, I fall to sleep more easily and sleep noticeably better without next-day grogginess.

Super impressed great new product
I've used a bunch of supplements to help improve my sleep that have helped to various degrees. I love qualia night because I can take it at dinner and not worry about hitting a 30 or 15 minute window before bed. Slept great this week!
