Best sleep product that I have tried. Works better than combination of other products and methods. Affects during of sleep, duration and quality of Rem and Nrem sleep per Oura ring. Feel rested and refreshed in the morning. Better energy during the following day.

Calming the Circadian
promtoed a gradual slide through my sleep/wake cycle. Waking up very smooth relaxed energy, and the ability to gradually wind down after working through the day.

Good stuff
Expensive but if your someone who likes to try and get away with less sleep hours this is for you! I like to get 4-7 hours of sleep and when i take this I don't wake up feeling like garbage I wake actually feeling like I got a great amount of sleep its strange but I don't question it!
