The bioavailability of this product is the best I have found. In times where your standard diet doesn't necessarily always bring in a full spectrum of vitamins and nutrients in addition to a lifestyle which doesn't always promote the healthiest choices having a product like this at your fingertips gives you a leg up on the bad actors.

Good
I do have to take this in the morning. If taken at night it gives me over vivid dreams. Plus, I can only take one. Even taking it in the morning two are too many.

Quality product
I bought this product due to itβs multiple types of magnesium. I showed it to my chiropractor and she said it looked like a quality product with minimal fillers. I have only used it one day and body seems to like it so far.

Better sleep and less muscle pain
I' ve had insomnia for decades. Upon first taking the Magnesium+, I fell asleep easier and faster. I also woke up less tired and my days have become very productive. I am so grateful I found this product.
