This magnesium is phenomenal!!
I was having terrible cramps in the middle of the night and even during the day. My doc told me I needed magnesium and I didn't want any products from a drug store or Walmart so I looked up reputable companies and Qualia came up. I ordered the Qualia Magnesium + and have not had a leg cramp, sleeping issues, or anything since I started it. Thank you so much Qualia!!💗

It has been great so far
I ordered this because I was out of the magnesium that I was using at night for leg cramps. Since I have been using this I have not had a single leg cramp at night. Also I do feel a bit more mental clarity again during the day.
