I bought both the Qualia Magnesium and the NAD+. I haven't yet used the NAD+ since it just arrived, however, last night I tried the Magnesium and I woke up feeling pretty good overall. I will know more over time, but so far, so good!

What I love about this product is that all the magnesium is in one dose. Easy-peasy! Plus it is high quality ingredients so I am doing right for my body.
