I bought both the Qualia Magnesium and the NAD+. I haven't yet used the NAD+ since it just arrived, however, last night I tried the Magnesium and I woke up feeling pretty good overall. I will know more over time, but so far, so good!

I have long known the importance of magnesium for a healthy body, but most especially as we age. I am 75 and take it daily for health reasons and have been extremely pleased with the product's range of magnesium salts that come in the product.
