Productivity in a bottle
Anytime I take Mind or Focus, I make a list of my high priorities items to get done, and next thing I know I’m 2 hours deep into some of my most focused productive work. I have to even plan a break or lunch otherwise I tend to work right through. And just for the record this isn’t a caffeine high. This is uninterrupted lazered in work.

Get Rid of the Brain Fog and Excel.
After taking this for 5 days, I feel that it has help to improve my overall well-being and keep it consistent. I could tell the difference within 30 minutes of taking the Focus. The "brain fog" would go away. Taking Focus on an empty stomach is fine but i found that if I did not have something...
