Better than expected—by far
I’ve used a more common magnesium product in the past, never consistently. In retrospect, after taking this product for two weeks, any benefits I thought I noticed with that other product were likely psychologically a placebo effect. This product blew my mind. No effects noticeable
I have not experienced any change as a result of the product, nothing positive nor negative effects were noticeable

Did not help with sleep as hoped
I didn’t notice much of a difference, if any, so I don’t think I’d buy it. I Was hoping to notice it helping with sleep and it didn’t seem to.
