I have long known the importance of magnesium for a healthy body, but most especially as we age. I am 75 and take it daily for health reasons and have been extremely pleased with the product's range of magnesium salts that come in the product.

I have had leg cramps at night for years, I've used other oral magnesium and topical magnesium with no results. This magnesium has stopped the cramps. Thank You
