Not sure what I was expecting....
Unsure that I had felt any effects from taking these. There was nothing that jumped right out and let me know I was taking any supplement.

I have tried a few different types of magnesium within the past several months and most of them seem to do the same thing for me. I do not notice Anything in particular that was out of the ordinary.
Took product as directed, no adverse side effects but also visible difference
