Not sure what I was expecting....
Unsure that I had felt any effects from taking these. There was nothing that jumped right out and let me know I was taking any supplement.

Essential and Complete, FINALLY!
I've been taking a high quality magnesium supplement for a while, and I don't doubt that on some level it has been beneficial, it only contained one type of magnesium, so I have still been deficient in so many other types of magnesium. It's good to know that now I'll have all of my Mg needs covered!
