70% of adults are lacking in magnesium. I am 72 and could feel the difference in my slleping quality every night since i have taken magnesium from Qualia. All their products are top quality and i feel secure in taking these and such a difference.

Deep sleep

Excellent Magnesium
It's not easy to find great magnesium these days, with so many different kinds in one supplement. And it's so essential. I always feel so good when taking it regularly.
