Magnesium
70% of adults are lacking in magnesium. I am 72 and could feel the difference in my slleping quality every night since i have taken magnesium from Qualia. All their products are top quality and i feel secure in taking these and such a difference.

Love a Magnesium Blend
I am new to this product so only gave it 4 stars because I don't have loads of personal experience with it yet but I love the blend of magnesium in this product. Its going into my daily regimen.

I just got this yesterday. I took one at bedtime and managed to not fully awake in the middle of the night — VERY VERY unusual for me!
