Better than a bag of carrots
I experienced a noticeable decrease in dryness after 4 consecutive doses, as well as a minor increase in visual acuity. I believe continued usage would only improve upon these effects.

Happy eyes at the end of the day.
I didn't recognize the effect to begin with, but looking back, my eyes were more relaxed and I was straining less later in the day.

Only a couple weeks in
I’ve only taken it for 2 and a half weeks so it is a bit difficult to tell any difference however I have noticed a bit more clarity when viewing my tv
