After day 7 randomly noticed a change in one particular spark on rocket league, it was purple definitely opening up pathways

i use the computer a lot every day, and i need to wear glasses. I think I sense some improvement but I cant measure qualitative

The first two days my eyes felt extremely tired and heavy, like I had taken a sleep supplement. I haven't noticed anything else so far.

I noticed over the 7 days an decrease in my eyes getting tired by the end of the day. Also my vision came online quickly in the morning
