Better Days with Qualia Night

I've struggled with extreme daytime fatigue for years, and know that quality sleep is the variable I've most needed to optimize to feel and perform my best cognitive, emotionally, and physically. In spite of the plethora of sleep hacks I've tried, I've been unable to crack the code and feel truly rested. Qualia Night, after a single week of use, feels like one of the most promising ways to finally get the rest my brain and body have so desperately needed. In my experience so far, each day after using Qualia Night has been progressively better than the last. I wake up feeling more refreshed than I have in quite some time. Good sleep hygeine is still important, as this definitely isn't a "sleep inducer" per se, but it did make my evenings more relaxed and it felt much easier to wind down when the time came. The sense of rejuvenation after using this product is palpable, and I plan to continue with it for the forseeable future. As an added bonus, after the deep sleep I got with Night, my next day doses of Qualia Mind have been dramatically more impactful, and I finally feel like I'm getting the most out of that one, too. It's a hell of a one-two punch, and I'm feeling and performing better than I have in a long time.

So far so good

This is my 3rd week. My 1st night was a big wow. I slept 7 hrs. and I felt very lifted energy wise and mentally still. I do have my nights when I wake up @ 4 AM. Hopefully that will be reduced.

Drifting to Sleep

Comfy Nights

Excellent. I especially love how you take it hours before bed. It mentally started to prepare me for winding down. It was easier for me to stay resting all through the night. Definitely more rested than usual.
