The feelings that arise in the few hours between taking Qualia Night and falling asleep are far different than previous experiences with sleeping supplements. Typically, my slumber is induced by drowsiness with other supplements, but in the case of Quality Night, my energy levels and focus only seemed to increase. Surprisingly, these feelings did not deter me from quickly entering phase one of my sleep cycle. Most weeks, my sleep duration varies. Monday and Tuesday I sleep 6-7 hours while Wednesday, Thurday and Friday end up at 8-9 hours due to the need for my body to catch up. Qualia Night put me in the consistent range of 8 hours per night. I believe this consistency allowed me to have a well-rested, focused, slightly more generic and highly more productive work week. My morning came with less drowsiness and more clarity. My afternoons were focused and productive. And typical afternoon lull, usually on Thursday and Friday, were none existent.

My usual average deep sleep is 15% based on my Oura ring. After taking Qualia Night it went up to 32%, not to mention that I’m taking it after my night shifts work and sleeping soundly during daytime.
Effective and dependable sleep aid
I sleep on a smart bed with temp regulation and monitor my sleep carefully. I’ve found the Qualia formula the most effective supplement I’ve tried and have proof in my data.

I finally have been able to sleep. This is such an excellent product- full of vitamins and minerals. Such a relief to sleep naturally. So grateful!
