Hard to know for sure
I like the concept of all the Qualia products, and have tried the Senolytic (2 months) the Night formula (1 month), and just a few days with the Mind (non-caffeine). Works really well!
The list of ingredients is impressive enough, but what matters most is that this stuff knocks me out. In a good way.
