High quality sleep supplement
I felt that I fell asleep faster and slept more deeply. I would definitely take this supplement on a regular basis.

Hard to know for sure
I like the concept of all the Qualia products, and have tried the Senolytic (2 months) the Night formula (1 month), and just a few days with the Mind (non-caffeine).
