This product seems to work well. It definitely helps with going back to sleep when I wake up.

Best sleep ever!
I consistently get excellent sleep when I use Qualia's Night. It helps me to get restorative sleep and I wake up replenished and ready for the day! I love it!

Wake up feeling refreshed.
Some days I woke up feeling really refreshed. Other days, not so much...but then again I have a 1 year old who wakes up in the middle of the night sometimes. Even so I had a good experience taking the product. I would certainly consider taking in the future depending on price range.

Works some of the time for me, non-drowsy.
Day one - worked great. Day two - didn't sleep very well (was preoccupied), Day three - Slept well, Day four - slept well. Day five - didn't sleep well.
