Great Addition to My Bedtime Regimen
I use a few other Qualia products, which I love, and was excited to try Qualia Night as soon as I heard about it. Working at a startup, getting quality sleep can be a challenge even with an arsenal of tools at my disposal, so always open to trying new products to help. Qualia Night was a perfect new addition to my sleep regimen (Gravity Blanket, no blue screen 30 mins before bed, etc). With it, I got deep, restorative sleep each night.

Love
It took me about two weeks to really start feeling the difference while taking these. I'm always bummed on the two days a week I take off. My dreams are better, I don't wake up at night & if I do wake, I go back to sleep straight away. I have these on a subscription so I'm never without. Also...

Deep Sleep and Relax
very relaxing and deep sleep however it did make me sleep more in morning more than usual

Great addition to the product line
