I felt energetic while on it. I could feel its effect taking place in about 5-10mins. Later in the day I observed that I was not as tired as I used to be at that time of the day.

There’s a genuine and extremely noticeable feeling of lightness and ease around my eyes and prefrontal cortex area. I strangely feel my thinking has been more clear as well. Can’t recommend this product enough, it really does work. This one and then Life as well have changed my life.

I would recommend it to anyone looking to support a healthy brain.

Great product. Helps me remain alert and focused throughout the day.

It may sound cliche but there's no other way to describe it. It made me feel and look younger. My skin was tighter reducing wrinkles and lines. Had an overall more even tone and appeared more hydrated.

I LOVE Qualia products! I got introduced to them through a conference back in 2017 and have been recommending them ever since. Recently, I've been testing out the caffeine-free version of Mind after having sensitivities to long-term use of the regular version. [I just got shaky a few weeks in.] I'm not seeing the same mental "brightness" that I did on the regular version so have been adding a tiny bit of caffeine on the side. I'm still not experiencing the clarity of mind I did before so it might be time to go back to the regular version and adjust my dosage. Overall, I love the products and am super happy!

I think this is a good product but wish it had Hyalauronic acid in it as well.

I haven't noticed anything different yet but glad there was a caffeine free option.

I noticed a definite increase in being able to focus for long periods of time on the tasks at hand. Experienced more energy during the day and had no problem sleeping at night. Looking forward to the next few weeks to see if the benefits continue to increase.

My eyes definitely felt less strained by the end of the work day. Aside from that I didn’t notice any acute effects, but long term use may be needed for that.

Easy to take, I don't feel any drastic improvement as my vision has been fine normally. No adverse effect noticed. I do plan on using it during the period when my eyes are under more stress or just as a maintenance.

Eyes felt less dry overall

only noticed less dry eyes in the beginning but subsided after approximately 10 days and didn't notice ongoing relief.

Helpful but not super noticeable. I did notice a small benefit but not a huge difference.

I felt a heightened sense of my emotions yesterday. It was day one of taking the supplement. It was a type of heightened consciousness, but almost gave a a buzz. As if there was a new type of energy flowing through my body.

I didn't notice much difference in the beginning, but that might have been because of lack of sleep. Definitely started feeling more focused and calm after the 4th day of taking the supplement. The effect is subtle, but it's a noticeable difference when I don't take it. I'm able to concentrate more and everything seems just a bit easier.

This product really increased my focus, allowing me to channel in on one project at a time. Wish it gave a little more energy, but we will see how I feel about it in the next week.

Feeling a little less foggy during the day.

It definitely immediately energizes me. It's hard to say whether it's significantly improved focus after dosing just 5 times, but it's definitely doing SOMETHING. There is for sure an acute midly stimulating/energizing effect, and it lasts much longer than a simple cup of coffee does.

I've been taking this in conjunction with Qualia Mind non-caffeinated & I'm an engineer by trade programming daily. Definitely seems to help me focus better.

After reading the ingredients I was concerned about it making me jittery. Not so. I have a low tolerance for caffeine. No problems whatsoever. Does help you focus on tasks with no ill physical effects

Definitely helps start the day off but also needs food to go with it, felt a bit nauseated when I skipped breakfast.
