I have been using the Qualia Mind for a couple of months now and I can now write of how great the product is. I Have difficulty concentrating on single tasks. from the moment I started using it, my focus has been on point. I do follow the instructions of stopping for two days which I leave for the weekend. I have also noticed during my fitness sessions I have not needed any pre-workout on most occasions depending on the time of the day. since I take Qualia first thing in the morning and I usually work out around 5 am, I am able to focus more on my workouts and reduce the time I spend at the gym since I do not get distracted so easily. The product itself is great. I took a star off since I am paying HIgh amount with no discount even when it is set up as an automated purchase. It kind of discourages you from continuing using the product or buying from somewhere else than directly from Neurohacker.com.
I'd like to do a second dose.
The first day of taking it, I had a bought of diarrhea which normalized after the morning of taking the first dose. Both days I had significant headaches. Not sure if they were related. I do feel a slight bit of relief, two days after from general soreness.

Interesting qualitative effects
Didn't notice much except for the fact that my 4 year old came down with a fever on the day of the second dose...and although I felt like I might come down with it myself while sleeping that night, I did not. Not sure if this can be attributed to the supplement but it is possible. Also, on the night after the first dose, I noticed the skin on my hands felt smoother than usual.
Time will tell!
I like the idea of taking this once a month. I only took the first month but I have felt good over the weekend while taking and feel like I have an overall sense of wellbeing and motivation. I have been struggling with a SI joint injury that seems to be slightly quieter this morning. May be a coincidence, may not? I will order and take for six months with Life and Mind and see how it plays out. I consistently come back to the Qualia line because I can feel a difference. I do struggle with the # of capsules recommend because I take other supplements as well. But the Senolytic is an easy one to incorporation in.

Noticeable difference in my productivity level. Slight "fish burps" after consuming 7 capsules as directed per dose.

I think is a good product but people should know it’s is really a lot of amino acids which are easily found in health food stores and in my experience are better taken in customized levels based on goals or symptoms. Julia Ross’s books lay it all out and the new one- the craving cure- has the latest research. But I guess it’s good to have a sort of multivitamin approach for people who don’t want to do all that.

Excellent BMs
This certainly helped my digestion, keeping me regular with easy BMs. I really like that it has several fermented ingredients, good starches and fibers, along with digestive enzymes and probiotics. It even has postbiotics, which I had yet to experiment with. It really covers all the bases when it comes to boosting and supporting digestive health. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is the taste. It's not bad, but I would prefer a non-flavored option that I can just mix into my morning smoothie instead of having to drink it by itself. Other than that, it's great.

I have had no problems with this product. I am not seeing any type of change.. but I am not having problems to begin with. It might be still too early to tell.. but I believe that if I were not already feeling good this would be affecting me in a positive way.

Feel really good taking it. Feel less bloated. Have seen slight positive change in mood. Doesn’t dissolve well though.
