A real review by someone who isn't paid to say it's extraordinary!
I have taken magnesium before, but nothing of this quality. The previous magnesium I was taking felt like I was taking anesthesia before bed. I typically woke up several times to urinate, so feeling so tired at bedtime made me feel woozy in the middle of the night. Fast forward to Qualia Life Magnesium! I LOVE IT! The bottle suggests taking two capsules daily, so that's how I started taking it. I began to feel that super sleepy feeling again, and got worried, so I looked up the RDA for women, and it's 320mg. 350 is just a bit too much for me, personally. So I only take 1 capsule and I sleep for SEVEN HOURS STRAIGHT every night!! I also see a change in how truly relaxed I feel, not anxious, not tense, not stressed. Just a normal human body ready to fall peacefully asleep. I also notice, and am super grateful for, the improvements in my digestion. It's so much easier to go! In fact, it's helping me go more! I am truly grateful for this product, and for all that I am learning from Deepak Chopra. Love and light to you all, my friends.

Im about to turn 50 and my body was missing something with my workouts. I have tried creatine supplements, but I always felt like I was getting too bulky on them. This seems to give me the right amount of nutrients to keep me going with sufficient energy while tightening my body and and looking lean but not bulky.

Felt a difference almost immediately

Quality Magnesium
I have always known the benefits of magnesium for many years. I have used magnesium oil on my skin but I believe that magnesium should be supplemented in two ways since our bodies constantly deplete it due to all the functions that use it up. I actually purchased the Senolytics and combined in with the Magnesium. I took the two doses of the Senolytics last weekend along with the suggested two capsules of the Magnesium per day. I have been having issues with inflammation in my hands due to arthritis. Within two days - my hands weren't swollen anymore nor has the inflammation came back. I would say these products are of high quality and it works. I am looking forward to seeing the effects after continued use.
