I'm 32 and always looking to optimize my health so I decided to try this senolytic.. after the 2 day course I did notice my joints and mobility were more fluid, likely due to the curcumin.. I will also note that I did experience some fatigue and slept more, but this is another sign this is working as its clearing out old cellular debris. There was a marked improvement in energy afterwards and I'd bet these effects would compound the longer you take them. All in all I recommend this, especially to older folks

I was having terrible cramps in the middle of the night and even during the day. My doc told me I needed magnesium and I didn't want any products from a drug store or Walmart so I looked up reputable companies and Qualia came up. I am one bottle in with NAD+ and I am pleasantly surprised. The first couple days I got a feeling like maybe I had too much caffeine or something, but then realized it has coffeeberry in it so I stoped taking it with my morning cup of Joe and I felt better. This review might be more useful if I had finished 2 bottles but at this point I feel better (which is a total win!) and I can't see myself wanting to stop taking it. I don't feel this way about all supplements so I consider this BIG and NAD+ a keeper.
