QUALITY SLEEP
I have tried everything from melatonin to prescription sleep medicine. The neurohacker quality sleep has been a game changer. I think because it calms me down it does help me go to sleep even though it's not meant for exactly that. I'm a chronic insomniac, because I'm always planning or worrying or doing all the things you're not supposed to do when trying to get a quality night sleep. This in the week I've been talking it has already given me deeper REM cycles which is the key to everything! Most people think getting to sleep is the key, that's the beginning. I feel more refreshed with more energy, i am not bloated every day, my mood is better, my skin feels better and i sleep deeper. I am consuming the supplements only for a week. Very satisfied with the results. Definitely I would buy it again. I take it first thing in the morning with honey and lemon juice. The quality of the product is very good.

Excellent focus, clarity, and mental stamina. One of the best nootropics I've ever taken.
Not gonna lie, kicked in after the a week.
After two days of not using it, I took it the following day...and it hit like 40min later like a truck. It does work. But, do not use this everyday.

6 years of taking
For the past 9 years I have been practicing neurohacking, and 6 years ago a made the switch to Qualia, which is best of the line product for price per gram of integrantes. I tried Onnit and MindLab also, but i don’t have the same effects as with Qualia which gives me clarity, energy, and helpes on building or sustaining active and strong routines. My wife finally got convinced to take it, and now she can’t live without it.

I have been taking Qualia Mind for a while. One of the clear and definite improvements I noticed was memory improvement. I am again able to remember passwords that I had to continually write down. Also, my short term memory has improved. I can keep in mind a string of digits for authentication that I had to do digit by digit. Since taking qualia, I have a sense of a greater clarity of thought.
