Updating Previous Review from 1 Star to 4

I'd like to update my previous review however I don't see a way to do this so I'm writing this follow up. Within 24 hours of submitting my initial review (1 star titled "GI Issues + Subscription Surprises Made This a No), I heard back from customer service and received confirmation that my subscription had been cancelled and that a refund was on its way. I also noticed their thoughtful response to my review. While the product itself wasn't a match for my body — something I understand is beyond their control — I appreciated their prompt and professional response to my feedback. Customer service goes a long way for me so I'm updating my review from 1 star to 4.

Quality product
