Trying the Magnesium compound
It's been a few days. I don't know if I feel different yet. I am having sweaty hot flashes every night during sleep.

Best Magnesium Out There
This formula has all of the magnesium in one bottle. I've been sleeping much better since using it. I've tried many types and this one has given me the best results!
