Tiny bottle, big results

The biggest challenge was finding the perfect time for taking Qualia Sleep. The directions were somewhat ambiguous on when exactly to take a dose. On two occasions, a dose was taken 1-2 hours before bedtime. This was far too early and caused undesirable effects (anxiousness and fast heart rate) in bed. Taking the medicine 3-4 hours before bed was the sweet spot. Regardless of when the dose was taken, sleep was restful and upon wakening, I was energetic and mentally sharp with sleep durations ranging from 6-8 hours. Mentally I knew I was tired with the shorter sleep durations, however it did not adversely affect my work performance.

Didn't work for me

I rarely remember my dreams. I recently started taking Qualia Night and every time I take it I have vivid dreams and wake up feeling full of energy! Definitely recommend it if you want to get a great night sleep!

Sleeping through the night

Qualia Night has changed my sleep! I have been sleeping undisturbed nhc-owr3k3e-c for several nights now and I wake up feeling refreshed and renewed. There has been no lingering effects after I wake up which happens with other products and medications. This has been a game changer for me.
