After beginning using this product I noticed improved gut/digestive function. Also my mood and sense of well being improved. Would definitely recommend this product to others. Product is packaged nicely in small secure container. Contains science backed ingredients that are dosed properly. Another high quality product from Qualia.

I has definitely lessened my loose stools and led to less time in the bathroom. It also tasted nice.

Worth the trips to the bathroom
I had a lot of abdominal discomfort with the product at first, but felt sharp through all of it. It definitely promotes healthy stooling and helped me to feel more mental clarity. There were days when I had up to 6 stools which is abnormal for me.
