So far so good
I seem to be sleeping deeper after a week or so taking Qualia night - so far seems promising. I do really wish each bottle contained a full 30 day serving though!

Deep sleep
Only have taken for 2 days and First night of use gave me 2 hrs of deep sleep & second night 1:46. Wonderful
