So far so good
I seem to be sleeping deeper after a week or so taking Qualia night - so far seems promising. I do really wish each bottle contained a full 30 day serving though!

Sleep
Helps me fall asleep fast and deeper sleep. No weird dizziness or disorientation if wakened during the night. No grogginess in morning.

Sleep through the whole night
I loved it. I can get deep sleep and wake up all rested and energized. It doesn't work right away. You have to take it couple of nights before it kicks in.

Honest Review After One Bottle
I genuinely like these and have seen great results in my deep sleep by tracking how long I stay in the REM. Great Product!
I have been using Qualia night for a week. I can feel the "calming" difference and that it is different from other products I have used "just for sleep". It's not your normal "sleep" product. I sleep more calmly and wake up feeling refreshed.
