Sleep at Last
Within 2 nights I started sleeping deeply without 3 thoughts trying to crowd my brain at once. I just fall asleep now! I am so beyond thankful!

So far so good
I seem to be sleeping deeper after a week or so taking Qualia night - so far seems promising. I do really wish each bottle contained a full 30 day serving though!

Highly Recommend Rejuvenate
Great product. Just didn't like having to cycle on and off of it.

it works!
The NIGHT really does work for me. I did find that if I take it right before I go to sleep I will sleep a bit longer. Usually, sleep products with a few different ingredients in them make me feel weird and don't work. But this does!
