Well researched product! However, I would like to see some changes to the mind and focus products: Make it a grain-free product (e.g.: use tapioca starch as opposed to rice) Add lion’s mane (500mg), lithium orotate (5mg), riboflavin (2mg) and methyl-folate (400mcg), Cognivia (sage extract; 600mg). Provides a very nice edge. Definitely a smooth and precise push. I like it, but must be careful with additional caffeine. If you are a coffee drinker, you might wish to reduce or eliminate coffee when taking. I add a bit of theanine with any additional coffee. But highly recommend you try Focus and find where it fits in your program. Nice product. Especially like how the taurine and tyrosine combine.
