I have been taking focus for 5 days straight. I noticed lots of focus and energy in the beginning of the week. Less closer to the end. My body may have really felt the improvement in the beginning and got used to it as the well had progressed. I have taken 2 additional pills in the afternoon yesterday and plan to do the same today. That helped boost for the afternoon.
