I have not started the product, however the shipping was fast and I’m excited to see how it works.

My sleep has improved. Waking up well rested.

I love that it has many types of magnesium in one product

My body seems to flow better when taking the magnesium. I take magnesium daily but Qualia magnesium seemed to have a noticeable effect.

Seemed to work great as a magnesium supplement over the trial period. Well tolerated and no side effects.
